Etiquette: The spa is a place of relaxation, healing and serenity. Guests are respectfully asked to turn off their cell phones.
Reservations: Services are offered by appointment only. To ensure that your experience is a time devoted entirely to your personal wellbeing and relaxation, walk-ins cannot be accommodated. Many times, special accommodation can be made for those with demanding schedules. Calling in advance is recommended.
Please call to schedule your appointment. A credit card number is required to hold your reservation. (No credit card is required to schedule an appointment if using a Gift Certificate. Your gift certificate must be presented at the time of your appointment.)
Check In / Late Arrivals: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This will give you time to fill out any paperwork that is required and a few moments to just breathe. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times or rescheduling.
Cancellation Policy: 24 hours notice is required when canceling an appointment. Services not cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged in full for the scheduled services. If a gift certificate is used to schedule an appointment time and the appointment was not cancelled 24 hours in advance, the price of the scheduled service will be deducted from the value of the Gift Certificate.
Special Considerations: As your overall wellbeing is the first and most important consideration, please always inform your esthetician or spa therapist if you have heart conditions, high or low blood pressure, are pregnant or have any other medical conditions before scheduling any spa treatments. You may be advised to consult your physician before scheduling any spa services in order to insure that there are no contraindications that would prevent you from being able to safely enjoy your spa experience.
